When Sam is not trying to drive change in the accounting industry, she enjoys weekends on her family property chasing after her two boys and her husband.
Mark Holton has more than 30 years’ experience as an Accountant and Tax Agent in practice. Mark has developed specialised skills in corporate presentations and training with extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada.

As CEO of Rebel Sports, Chris led a $100m MBO. He then drove a store expansion and acquisition strategy which resulted in an increase in turnover from $100 million to $200+ million in two and a half years, cementing the brand as the largest discount sporting goods retail company in the country.
Chris established MYMAX, a Brisbane-based investing and consulting firm specialising in accelerated growth, through business model development, and exit strategies for private companies.
Chris is now one of the founders of the Institute of Business Owners delivering the Australian Owner Manager program to owners of mid-sized businesses with turnover between $3M – $100M.
Steven is the Managing Director at MYP. He has had numerous CEO roles in large professional services businesses and advised hundreds of firms.
His passion is in aligning the relationship and objectives of clients and their advisers to deliver genuine and sustainable value to clients and accelerated growth and performance to advice businesses.

Carolyn is highly qualified and experienced in marketing having started her career with Procter & Gamble after completing a B.Bus (Mktg) and later establishing her own marketing agency. This led to her involvement with The Business Referral Group in 2003, when she became a director and focussed on the day to day operations and marketing of the business networking organisation. Since 2003, BRG has grown to 19 groups across, Sydney, the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Newcastle and most recently launched 4 groups in Melbourne. Carolyn has worked with small business owners from more than 120 different industries to help them grow and develop their business via efficient and effective marketing strategies. Having worked with hundreds of small business owners, Carolyn understands the time and budget constraints many experience and tailors the marketing plan to ‘work’ for the business.
